A triple track sliding door refers to the number of tracks or rails the sliding door installation has. A triple track sliding door is made up of three rails. The most popular door design using a triple track sliding door is a three panel sliding door, with one fixed unit and two that slide over that fixed panel. However, there is far more choice available!

Although a fixed, sliding, sliding configuration is most common, there are so many other options possible with a triple track sliding door. You could have a five panel sliding door set on three tracks, with two fixed panels at either side of the aperture and a biparting configuration in the centre. Similarly, a biparting six panel sliding door would be set on a triple track.
