Specification for Curved Sliding Doors

As will all minimal windows bespoke glazing solutions, the minimal windows curved sliding glass door has few limitations when it comes to design.

When specifying a curved sliding glass door for your next project, there is a wide range of options. This includes whether the system is double or triple glazed.

This choice will affect the maximum weight for each pane, double glazed panes have a maximum weight of 500kg and triple glazed panes can weigh up to 1000kg.

Next if the size of the system, the maximum tested pane height is 4.5m, and the maximum pane width will depend on the radius of the system. The minimum radius for fixed panes is 1000mm and the minimum radius for sliding leaves is 4000mm.

Depending on what values the curved sliding glass door needs to achieve, a wide range of technical glazing solutions can be specified with this system such as solar control glazing.

In terms of design, the aluminium framing can be finished with a polyester powder coating in any of over 200 RAL colours, or the profiles can be anodised or specified with specialised finishes.

The head and base frames of this curved glass sliding door system can be concealed within the building finishes for the most minimalistic design.

Large Sizes Available

Being able to reach heights of up to 4.5m, this innovative curved sliding glass door system pushes the boundaries of modern architectural glazing.

The maximum pane width will depend on the radius, with a minimum radius of 1000mm for sliding pane and 4000mm for fixed panes.
