The flush threshold tracks of KELLER minimal windows® provide seamless access out onto the upper floor balconies and allowing the ground floor to open up effortlessly into the garden. The minimal 21mm sightlines and flush floor finishes
of these floor to ceiling sliding glass doors compliment the contemporary new build design perfectly.
Various Vitra Pivot Door installations, from the KELLER minimal windows® range, have also been used as part of this glazing design to provide easy access to the garden, maintain a cohesive architectural glazing design and to maximise the natural light coming into the lower ground living spaces.
The aluminium framing on both the KELLER minimal windows® and the Vitra Pivot Doors were finished with a dark grey powder coat, RAL 7016. The dark finish contrasts effectively with the timber cladding giving the contemporary design a crisp appearance and a statement design finish.
The interesting architectural design creates a bright, light filled family home, with impressive open-plan living spaces and views all the way round the property through the large elevations of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors
and double height internal voids.
