This contemporary new build house was created with a modern and minimal design aesthetic. The Keller minimal windows sliding glass doors were used on various elevations of the contemporary home to maintain a crisp, minimal architectural design throughout. The thin-framed sliding glass doors were used as the main access from the large open plan living areas on the ground floor to the pool and gardens, meeting a wall of structural glass at 90 degrees.
On the lower ground floor bedrooms, the sliding patio doors allow access onto the front courtyard and car park in smaller opening sizes. Slim frames can be especially important on smaller openings to ensure as much glass exposure as possible.
The master bedroom balcony and the main roof terrace were also accessed via Keller minimal windows sliding doors. All the slim sliding frames throughout the contemporary building were finished in a bronze effect powder coat.
